Daniel practices primarily in the areas of personal injury, construction, and commercial litigation. He received his LLB from UBC in 2004 and was admitted to the BC Bar in 2005. Before joining BTM Lawyers LLP, Daniel practiced in the areas of personal injury and insurance defence at a downtown Vancouver law firm, and then worked as in-house General Counsel to one of Canada's leading real estate developers. Daniel is a member of the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia and the Canadian Bar Association, a volunteer Big Brother, and sits on the board of directors of KidSport Canada. Daniel was a Varsity Rower at UBC, a two-time bronze medalist at the Canada Summer Games, and Canadian Junior Windsurfing Champion.
