Oleg H. Tomchenko, BA LLB

Oleg is married, has two children and currently resides in Anmore. Oleg is a graduate of the University of British Columbia obtaining a B.A. in Sociology in 1973 and his law degree in 1976. Oleg was admitted to the Bar in BC in 1977 and became a registered Trade-marks Agent in 1983. Oleg prefers to practice in business law with a focus on Company and Partnership Law, Corporate Restructuring, Purchase and Sale of Businesses Intellectual Property, Real Estate Development, Banking and Financing, Wealth Preservation and Estates.

Oleg is a past tutor of the Commercial Law Section of the Law Society of BC Bar Admission Course. He is an active member of the Rotary club of Port Moody, the Vancouver Golf Club, the New Westminster Bar Association, the Tri-City Chamber of Commerce and the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada.
